Application #24 - Fax Sending
(SVPRO, SVS, SV
, SuperFax)

Scenario : A lot of my clients request me a fax copy of some of the documents. How do I do this without getting to manually fax the documents ?

Solution: The powerful fax feature in SuperVoice is your solution.

How do I do that ? You first create and store all the fax documents in your hard drive for later faxing. This can be accomplished by using the fax you have received, by using your scanner to scan in any paper document or by converting Windows document into fax documents. Once the documents are created, you can then fax them to one or more destinations as you wish.

Creating your fax document from faxes received:

  1. Go to the Send Fax dialog box (either by using the PIC WIN95 Fax Printer or PIC NT Fax Printer by selecting the Send Fax option from within SuperVoice and placing an already-existing fax in the Attachment List).
  2. Click on the PhoneBk button to bring up the Select Broadcast Recipients dialog box.
  3. Select multiple entries in the Select Broadcast Recipients dialog box. If you're using SuperVoice's Standard Phone Book, you can broadcast to one or more Groups. You can use the left-mouse button and the keyboard's Shift button to select a block of entries, or use left-mouse and Control (Ctrl) to select separate (multiple) entries.
  4. After you have finished selecting your recipients, click on the Select button (in Select Broadcast Recipients). The fax numbers that you selected will be listed in the Send Fax dialog box's To field.
  5. Click on Select, and then on Send to send the fax. SuperVoice will send a copy of the fax to each number on the list.

Creating your fax document using the scanner:
