SETUP
Mailbox
Access
You may set up to 1000 mailboxes in
SuperVoice. You create them by going into the SuperVoice SETUP icon,
click on the MAILBOX icon, and select NEW for each New Mailbox you
wish to create.
Incoming voice, fax and data messages will be stored for each one of
those 1000 mailboxes. In other words, an incoming caller may select
a mailbox in which to leave a message. When you, the user, wish to
review the received messages, select the Incoming Voice, Fax of Data
Log for the appropriate mailbox.
You may use the Advanced Script set up to have additional features
available, such as Fax On Demand, System Operator, etc... Note,
however, that these additional features will always be linked to
Mailbox 0 (the Manager's Mailbox!). Therefore, the Fax On Demand
feature would be managed strictly by Mailbox 0.
