  1. Make sure you have the latest SuperVoice version. Some of the older version of SuperVoice does not support Windows XP or Windows 2000.

Installation:

Windows sometimes requires the Windows installation CD to finish installation of some drivers, more specifically windows is looking for DRIVER.CAB file.

If your Windows was preinstalled, there should be CAB files located on your hard drive.

To find the CAB files:
Click "Start"
Click "Search"
Click "For Files or Folders"
In the "Search for Files or Folders Named:" box, type: *.cab
In the "Look in:" box, select Local Hard Drives or C:
Then click the "Search Now" button.
You should then see the cab files listed in the results section. Make a note of the location.

Close Supervoice.
Open Windows Explorer or "My Computer"
Goto C:\SVPRO50C\PROGRAM
Find and run the PICADDPR.EXE file

When Windows prompt you for the Windows CD you will need to select the path where the DRIVER.CAB file is located.
