It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest versions of SuperVoice/SuperFax.

Please read the FAQ before you contact our support department, most of your questions are answered in here!
If you have any technical questions, please complete our online Technical Support form, which you can find in the support section of our website www.supervoice.com

If you have trouble installing or running SuperVoice, follow the simple steps below :

  1. If you have trouble installing the software, go to Installation section below.
  2. If you have trouble running the software, reboot your computer. If you have an external modem, turn your modem off for 10 seconds, reboot your computer, then turn the modem back on. Run the software again and see if the problem still exists.

For Technical Support be sure to have, or include the following information when contacting PIC:

  1. Modem chipset plus the ATI Commands
  2. Computer Information (486?, Pentium?)
  3. Windows version
  4. Exact version of SuperVoice you are using
  5. The problem you are experiencing, and the sequence followed to arrive at the error message. Please include the exact error code, if one was present.
  6. Your email address (which is your reference number)
  7. The debug file.

Please Note: Pacific Image Communications has discontinued SuperVoice Pro 4.0 and below, SuperVoice Communications Server 2.0 and below, SuperVoice 2.2f or below and SuperFax 6.0f or below.  We no longer offer technical support for these products. .
