  • Our Cancellation / Refund Policy
    All downloadable products can be tried before you buy for 30 days.

    If you ordered a downloadable product you will be able to cancel your order and receive a refund if:
    a) You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
    b) You have not used the serial number that was sent to you upon purchase to activate your software.
    Please note that a 15% deactivation fee will be applied.

    If you ordered a 'shipped product' you will be able to cancel your order and receive a refund if:
    a) You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
    b) You have not used the serial number that was sent to you upon purchase to activate your software
    c) The software and / or hardware is returned in its original package with all the manual etc. supplied to you.
    Please note that the postage will not be refunded and a 15% restocking feel will be applied.

  • License policy of our software products:
    GRANT OF LICENSE
    This License Agreement (License) permits you to use one copy of this version of the software product, which may include online or electronic documentation (the SOFTWARE) on a single computer.
    If the package comes with a license agreement for more than one copy, you may make and use additional copies of the Software up to the number of Licensed Copies as authorized in the license agreement. The Software is in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. ,RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that computer except that a copy installed on a network server for the sole purpose of distribution to other computers is not in use.
    Although you are encouraged to make a backup copy of the Software for your own use, you are not allowed to make unlimited copies. The Software is protected by the copyright laws that pertain to computer software. It is illegal to make copies of the Software except for backups. It is illegal to give copies to another person, or to duplicate the Software by any other means, including electronic transmission. The Software contains trade secrets and in order to protect them you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the software to human perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease or create derivative works based upon the software or any part thereof.

    TRADEMARKS
    All brands or products are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders and should be treated as such.

    WARRANTY
    The Company warrants that the original disks are free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. If a defect occurs during this period, you may return your faulty disk to the company, along with a dated proof of purchase; the company will replace it free of charge. After 90 days, you may obtain a replacement by sending the company your defective disk and a cheque for 11 US Dollars.
    This warranty ends at the moment that the company discontinues with the version of the product.

    EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY OF THE ORIGINAL DISKS SET FORTH ABOVE, the company GRANTS NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY STATUE OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE DISKS AND RELATED MATERIALS, THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, THEIR QUALITY, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY OR OTHERWISE

    THE LIABILITY OF the company UNDER THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTUIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.

    VIRUSES
    IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR VIRUSES BEFORE USING ANY SOFTWARE AND the company DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER OR FURTHER LIABILITIES TO YOU FOR ANY VIRUS-CAUSED DAMAGE.

    PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS
    The company reserves the right to make corrections or improvements to the Program and its documentation and to the related diskettes and/or CD at any time without notice and with no responsibility to provide these changes to purchasers of earlier versions of such products."

    HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES
    The software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as 0n-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. The company and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.
